Policies:
Room rates are per night based on double occupancy plus
applicable Maine State Sales tax. A $20.00 fee will be added for
each additional person per room.
We have no minimum stay
requirements although we do reserve the right to charge an
additional $50 per room for one night stays on Friday or
Saturday during the busy season and on holiday weekends.
Check In is from 3:00 to 6:00 PM on the day of arrival, unless
other arrangements are made at the time of the reservation.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. A deposit equal to one night
or 50% of total visit, which ever is greater, will secure your
reservation. The balance will be due at checkout.

n the event, you need to cancel;
your full deposit - minus a $20.00 processing fee - will be
refunded with 14-day prior notice. Less than 14 days your
deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to re-book the
room. Early departure will result in a charge for the full stay.
Children over age 12 are welcome.
